Mark Langan, President

Mark was a Utah State Forester fighting forest fires in Northern Utah until 1981. Then after receiving his MBA from the University of Missouri he started working for a large incentive travel and meetings company as Regional Manager for the West Coast for 17 years until he started Incentive Enterprises in 2001.

He started Incentive Enterprises because he knew he could provide his clients with much higher levels of service and quality at far greater values. Mark’s expertise derives from his 35 years of experience in the incentive travel and meetings industry and he is dedicated to giving each and every client his personal attention and commitment to excellence.

When Mark isn’t traveling for work he enjoys skiing, golfing, jogging, and spending time with his family.

Tammy Nathan, VP of Operations

A University of Missouri business school graduate, Tammy began her career in sales and marketing within the wine distribution industry. Following two years in her sales role, Tammy left the wine industry to broaden her horizons, traveling the world, while expanding her hospitality experience working for a large incentive travel and meeting planning company as an on-site travel director.

With almost a twenty year career in the incentive travel industry, Tammy has developed an understanding of both the art and the science of successful travel events, providing clients with end to end solutions for their incentive travel and business meeting needs. Having managed hundreds of millions of dollars in program budgets over her career, Tammy leads the execution of all aspects of a program’s operations from pre-planning and budget development, to event planning and participant enrollment as well as on-site program management.

When Tammy is not traveling for work she enjoys spending time outdoors in the mountains of Colorado, traveling around the world with her husband and two children and cheering on the Denver Broncos.
